For all returns due to change of mind or incorrect orders, a restocking surcharge of 20% of the invoiced amount will apply to authorized returns. Refunds are for the cost of product only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All return freight is at customer’s expense. Returns of all items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
